Service Department

Abacus's service department is staffed by highly-trained and experienced service technicians. They are factory trained to provide the best service for your computing needs. Offering service on-site or in the Abacus store, the service department can accommodate your needs. Abacus can also provide technicians for extended on-site maintenance or service contracts.

The service department is authorized to perform warranty and out-of-warranty repairs on many of our products. Our technicians are continuously trained on the latest models to stay up-to-date with today's technology.

Equipment Resources

The service department wants to provide the user with the most current information on their products. We have compiled a list of shortcuts and various links to help you find the most recent drivers and information on how to contact these vendors.

Please note that most products now come with a CD that has all the information you need about your product. Manuals written on paper are becoming obsolete so check to see if there was a CD with your equipment.

Some equipment manufacturers will also give you information for ordering manuals.

To find information online about getting manuals most manufacturers will require that you search and find the product first then there is usually a link to the manual.
